    Default the bluesense WP template

i know its niche dependent, but anyone like to share the CTR on this template?
in my opinion its really pushing and shoving the ads onto the face of your visitors

i hate the ugly blue background, and thinking of making it white
but then again ugly is good?

You WANT to push the ads in the user's face.

In fact... you don't even want a large fucking footer or even a comment box on your single post pages.

That way, the user can scroll down and lose the ads from sight.

Those motherfuckers are supposed to get on your site, read a bit, then click their way out.

And it better be an ad click.

There is no way anyone can tell you a CTR of a template. It is not only Niche dependant, but also keyword dependant and dependant on your content. The only way you are going to see is to try it out on your website.

Yea, CTR is depends on the Niche, your writing, the theme, the position of the ad, and the day of the week (yes this matters). There is no way to tell you the CTR of the theme. I've used bluesense on a few niches and found some have 50% CTR others have 4% ctr -- it really depends.

I do like this theme, it converts well. However, the problem I have with this theme is that it screams Made for Adsense. I would not feel comfortable with a google engineer coming to my site with this theme on -- not without some serious modification to make it look less MFA.

As IM'ers, we're building sites filled with posts dedicated to valuable keywords.

No matter how not-MFA we make our sites look, G will find out if our sites are MFA just by looking at the site's content.

That is where you can make a difference between a skilled SEO writer and someone who is just writing for SEO. Natural inclusion of the keywords...

The post titles would still be dedicated to keywords.

It's pretty obvious to Google which sites are MFA.

I'm still wondering if it's even worth using a different theme for every 5 sites, like Ben suggests.

I spent a few hours looking for themes yesterday, but couldn't find shit.

I'm seriously considering rehacking my current theme ad infinitum to have different colors and css names.

if you are still going to use the same adsense account for all the sites does it make a difference?

    No.

    That's exactly my point.

If Ben managed to get hundreds of adsense sites making hundreds of bucks per day under the same account, then apparently it's safe.

Which means it also doesn't fucking matter if you use the same theme and the same IP over and over again.

Fuck it, I'm just gonna keep building.

    The gloves are off now.

i probably asked the wrong question, but i did got the answer in the end

yes, the uber ugly and MFA-proud bluesense theme is worth using

i am not so sure if you will not make someone angry if you do 500 bluesense snipers

especially if you already have google watching you
damn...i put up 5 squeaky white new sites last week with 3~6 posts (none are bluesense) and got a google employee dropping by all of them..is this normal? they all dropped from 1st page to the 9th and beyond
